The health, wellness, and safety of the communities we serve, our customers, and employees is our highest priority. In most states, we have been designated an essential business and can continue to provide you with solutions for the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of your home. We, and our franchisees, have taken the recommended precautions outlined by the various disease control and health agencies and in accordance with the current distancing, cleaning, hand washing, and other safety protocols. In-Home Appointments

During in-home appointments, our Designers are following preventative safety measures that include not shaking hands, maintaining six foot spacing to the furthest extent feasible, and frequently washing hands, or using sanitizer before and after every appointment.


In accordance with applicable local orders, where applicable, and otherwise, as a safety precaution, some showrooms may be temporarily closed, or may be offering individual showroom visits by appointment only. We are disinfecting all work areas and have areas where our employees and customers can frequently wash their hands.

Installation Services

In areas in which we have been deemed an essential business or no order is in effect, we can continue to provide installation services. In order to perform your installation in a safe manner, our installers will maintain six foot spacing to the fullest extent practicable, wash their hands or use sanitizer before and after each installation, and will wipe down the installation area after installation as well as follow any other local requirements.
