Step-by-Step Process

1: Site Selection

We’re not joking when we say we’re with you every step of the way. We begin by offering site selection assistance to maximize your client potential.

2: Onboarding

Prior to opening, you’ll train for two weeks at our California headquarters, then on-site training support in your factory during the start up phase. We'll cover everything from sales and marketing to installation and operations, with us by your side throughout.

3: Marketing

Closets by Design offers strong, in-house marketing support with proven lead generation through local and national advertising programs.

4: Continued Training

We communicate regularly with our franchisees to make sure we’re providing relevant and effective training and support in all areas of the business.
